I tried it and some I did 10 reps and others I did 20 reps like the weighted squats and burpees cuz it didn't feel enough but overall it got me breathing hard and heart pumping so it was a good workout 👌💪

Tried the full workout today! Started with 20 pounds and 45 pound dumbbells and my shirt is halfway drenched! Can’t wait to see the results in 3-4 weeks

This is a GREAT workout. I use it in a Tabata format (20 seconds of work with 10-15 seconds of recovery) for 10 -15 minutes.. My heart is ready to jump outta my chest

He's telling the truth, more weight lifting equals more fat burn, of you do too much cardio you change the muscle fibers and lose the muscular look, good video brother

Good. Now there are people who wouldn't want to have so much mass muscle but look lean. We do lift but not massively. Is this accurate ?

@@alisonthea6828 you can lift, but youI have to remember muscle had memory so you should be mixing it up every two to 3 weeks

@@alisonthea6828 stay away from simple carbs, like wheat corn, dairy, refined sugar, all inflammatory foods and will make you bulk up

Prob 10-12 reps each exercise is good. If you’re doing them with no breaks in between that alone is good. Especially if you for the whole circuit 2X’s.

Not sure why so many people hate on the treadmill. It can do wonders if it's boring then find videos on increasing your skill set like your job and motivational speeches take the half hour or 1 hour to soak in some knowledge even audio books and book cardio done.

Well I don't have a job and I don't want to ask my family for money. But I work hard at home, and when I get a job that can help me pay for my membership ,I'll be hitting the gym every time I have free time. I love working out it's a passion I have, and people who post videos like this make me want to work even harder to achieve my goals

Needed this...did a whole lotta cardio with little strength/muscle building and i lost some of my "oh my gods" (booty)😔...was looking for some fairly easy and quick exercises to build them back up...your videos are awesome! Need to know sets/reps for these exercises please😊

That's a boring work out. 5 sets 25 jump rope. 4 sets 25 jumping jacks 4 mile run try this workout first and compare it to his. I promise you see major difference

The exercise are great! I am writing notes to include the routines after my initial exercises. Including textual descriptions of exercises or pdf's containing description of the exercises in the manner the Valuetainment KZfaq Station supplies textual explanations would be helpful and likely would be a complimentary addition to the videos that are already supplied via Mike Rashid KZfaq Station! It should be "easy money" to create! Thanks for the help supplied through the videos! They are great! May God bless you brother! Peace!

Im give you something way better than this workout. 5 sets 25 jump rope 4 sets of 25 jumping. Jacks 4 mile run do that. I promise you will see a major difference.

"When you're doing steady state cardio you're only burning calories for the time that you're on that machine" No hate. I'm a fan and I agree that this form of cardio is better than steady state however the quote above is actually incorrect. Merely being awake and breathing burns calories
