Ingredients: As baby food for 4 to 12 months old does not require anything other than the pure foods themselves there is no need to add anything else. Please follow along the video for age recommendations, nutrition value, tips on making the baby purees right.
Serving/Portion Size: Baby foods made out of fruits will become stale very quickly. So, make baby purees to 1 serving at a time. It is usually 1/2 to 2/3rds of an Apple. 1/3 to 1/2 of Banana. One side of a ripe mango and so on, depending on your baby's liking and the appetite. Babies at the age of 6 months would start with 1 ounce of food which is about 30grams.
