1. Manscape in the shower before turning on the shower -- it keeps the hair contained in the shower.
2. Use a shampoo brush when shampooing -- it removes the dead skin on your scalp as well as it brings more blood to the surface (critical to helping you not lose your hair). Invest in a high quality shampoo. Tea tree oil shampoo is great for normal type hair. Coal tar is optimal for battling dandruff. If you have dry hair, you need a hydrating shampoo with an ingredient like argan oil. Every other time shampooing, condition your hair.
3. Let your conditioner remain on your hair and at the same time, condition your beard + shave.
4. Store your shampoo, conditioner, and body wash upside down-- you'll get all of it out when it gets low.
5. Use a loofah or exfoliating tool rather than rubbing the body wash on your body -- exfoliating your body helps to keep your body from breaking-out and takes off the dead layer of skin. Make sure your body wash doesn't have paraffin and alcohol. Body wash works incredibly well for manscaping -- and manscaping after exfoliating you'll give you a closer shave.
6. After you've been in the shower for a little while, your feet will be soft -- use a foot file or pumice stone on the hard calluses. Your feet will look and feel amazing.
7. When you dry your hair with a towel, gently pat your head dry -- pat and move.

It depends on the water sources the country has soooo (for me I live in Bahrain in the Arabian Gulf but we use underground water and it’s kinda expensive, or shall I say the government made it so)

i wanted to say thank you for these tips, because well beforehand i was afraid to manscape in general and i thought that it was ok to be hairy all over the place, but then i hit a jackpot of it's totally normal and fine to manscape and taking care of yourself in general and for that i'll say it again thank you for these videos as well because from time to time and the advise of how to deal with it helps me so much especially now plus not being afraid of talking to women because of me being shy and afraid of rejection when i was a teenager.

Amongst many of Pete & Pedro products i have, I dig my shower tools; the foot scrubber and the shampoo brush. While neither save me any time in the shower, actually makes me take much longer. Having said that, they make every time using them a spa-like experience.

I started doing half of these tips 8 months ago, my hair turned from thin and brittle to thick and strong, no kidding. Hair count also increased. No phosphate and/or no alcohol shampoo´s can make a big difference. So I can vouch for some of these hacks :)

I mean him admitting/being present for this is admirable. It's nice he tries to explain things to people, mainly guys who don't know/weren't taught/are unsure about things. He shows men how to be men without necessarily being misogynistic. That's super appreciated and wanted when it comes to men's health gurus. You want someone who gives sound advice, will be honest/vulnerable, and won't make you look like a dick. Talk all the shit you want, Aaron is a solid guy. He does his hustle and gives guys who want to improve, be more stylish, more confident, and healthy plenty of reasons and methods to get there. Does everything he say always apply to me? No? Is what he's saying valid and helpful? Yeah. If you're unsure of you, and how to be genuinely better, listen to this guy. He helped me in a rough time. When I wasn't sure of myself, and now I am. I'm happy, and content with myself and have someone amazing, and wonderful, and is a spicy senorita. Alpha M is a solid dude, don't doubt that.
