7 Heroes (And 7 Villains) We’ll NEVER See In The MCU

Phase 4 of the MCU has introduced us to a plethora of characters that I thought we’d never get. Moon Knight! The Eternals! Zeus! The Mandarin! And with Phase 5 right around the corner and the multiverse ripe for exploring, the number of main characters in the MCU is only going to keep growing as time goes on. But that doesn’t mean the MCU has time for everyone. Nope, I think there are just certain characters that we’re never going to ever get in the MCU. It’s a shame, but it’s true!
I mean look at all the great enemies and different versions of Hulk out there. I mean right off the bat, I doubt we’ll see Red Hulk since the tragic passing of William Hurt, but I also don’t think we’ll see great Hulk villains like Maestro or different versions of the Hulk like Amadeus Cho. Yeah the MCU really has boxed themselves into a corner with their Hulk characters! But who else? I don’t think we’ll ever get Squirrel Girl after her failed Hulu show never got off the ground. And I also think while Sentry is a powerhouse of a superhero, we just got something similar in Icarus so I don’t think the MCU will go that route again. And really, after all this time, do you think it’s possible the MCU will just not use Mephisto? That certainly would be a truly funny move after all the speculation during WandaVision.

Isn't it ironic how anyone who tried to replicate caps super soldier syrum, it ended up not working or produced powerhouse like hulk, abomination, sentry, deadpool and so on but Steve just remained a perfect soldier .

I hope we see Sentry at some point, he's one of the characters I want to be introduced into the MCU the most. Also I think if Mephisto does come into in the MCU, fans will be just as excited as before. Because Mephisto has been theorised to show up multiple time since WandaVision, I think when we actually see him it will be awesome cos they have finally actually introduced him

I do hope for Sentry and Blue Marvel to appear as partners. Sentry in the comics has a lot more more powers that separates him from Superman and Ikaris whom I'm hoping will b revived and do better in Eternals 2. Sentry and Blue Marvel should definitely pair up as a crime fighting duo.

The Sentry is honestly more intriguing than Superman psychologically and power wise. I'd love to see him in the MCU because there's nobody that broken in it. Plus, he's just better than all of Marvel and DC's other Superman-esque characters given the fact that he's a self-resurrecting and telepathic reality warper. It's like they they were finally able to create a truly OP character in perfect Marvel fashion.

I honestly do think that Sentry, Hyperion and Blue Marvel could work in the MCU. But Squirrel Girl is one I am not sure about. Not sure where she could reasonably fit in. I also hope that we do eventually get Beta-Ray Bill. I think we'll see more Hulk characters once the rights revert back from Universal next year, as well as a return to the more brutal angry hulk. After all even in the Comics the Smart/Professor Hulk Storylines were temporary. And there are still more versions of Hulk that they could explore. Like Joe Fixit.

You've got it wrong, there are 2 different thunderbolts teams, the one Zemo created, which is the Dark Avengers one and which we're getting a movie of, and the other one is the one General Ross created. They're different teams, and they've never overlapped

Uh, with the multiverse now a thing, anything is possible. They've opened the door for alternate versions (variants) of characters to be dragged in from different universes, hence allowing different actors to play them and replace older actors anytime they see fit. It also opens the possibility for anything to be retconned, because if any movie bombs, they can just do a different story of the same character, say it is a variant, and then port him/her into the main continuity.

The funny thing is this video is full characters that will probably be introduced into the MCU. All the Superman of Marvel have been announced or rumored to be appearing (Wonder-Man is coming, Blue Marvel castings have been rumored, Hyperion is rumored to be in Loki season 2 and Sentry’s background is still very much viable with the themes of Captain America 4, Thunderbolts and so on). Red Hulk will definitely be coming because there has been strong rumors of recasting Thunderbolt Ross who is indeed an important character. Beta Ray Bill will probably be introduced in Guardians 4 Mephisto is definitely coming and who knows, Squirrel girl could be out there just like Frogman

I feel like there’s still hope for maestro in this multiverse saga. Marvel has been known to change stories from the comics so if a world war hulk movie happens marvel might work maestro into that, making that movie very connected to the multiverse saga as a whole. If not that movie, seeing him in the avengers movies coming would be cool. What do you guys think?

I can except there are some heroes, and superheroes, along with a few villains, some supervillains that won’t appear in the (M.C.U.). But that doesn’t mean those types of heroes, and superheroes, along with the villains, and supervillains can’t appear in new sets of Marvel cartoon shows.

Hulk is definitely getting more story lines and even a stand alone movie in the future, and Henry Cavill is Rumoured to play sentry or Hyperion , so your first two characters are already making your predictions wrong

On of my personal rules about the MCU, is never underestimate their ability to surprise. So no harm, no foul if you're wrong about some of these. For example, I think we could easily get Red Hulk (or Red She-Hulk), but not Ross as. As always thank you so very much for the video.

1. Maestro: I agree with you, although it would be cool 2. Sentry: You are probably right, unless they nerf him a lot 3. Red Hulk: Rumours say Harrison Ford will be the new Thadeus Ross, and we got a reference in she-hulk 4. There was already a rumor about Thaddeus "Thunderbolt" Ross aka Red Hulk being recast for the Thunderbolts movie, with Harrison Ford as the actor rumored to take over the role, but who knows. By the way, that "Thor will return" at the end of Love and Thunder could be talking about Jane Foster as Thor.

I was thinking the same thing about Ross and Red Hulk. Bc of how the MCU is about real life deaths, and not recasting the character and instead replacing the char with someone else or not at all. It sucks, but that's how it is. Like T'Challa could have been recast. Imo, it's not disrespectful to Chadwick. It's continuing the story of T'Challa and his involvement with the Marvel universe. They could have still done a memorial for Chadwick, yes, but they could still recast T'Challa bc he is vital in some Marvel stories. For example, when he first met F4, Secret Wars 2015, Incursions, his first meeting with Cap, King in Black, etc. Same for Ross. Red Hulk was for a time a real threat to Hulk and other Marvel heroes and it was cool trying to figure out the mystery of who was the Red Hulk.

The Sentry (Ryan Hurst for Sentry) will never appear in an MCU film because he is far too powerful for them and he would have to be nerfed so all the powerful women would be able to “tut-tut” him. Ever since Lemire’s awesome miniseries, various Marvel authors have done their level best to minimize him (see Cates, Rosenberg, and whoever wrote the trash Agents of Wakanda) so there is that… As for comparing him and Blue Marvel to Superman - no way. Hyperion absolutely, but Bob and Adam have infinitely more compelling back stories and powers, especially Bob, that the they are not analogous. I would be said about BetaRay Bill, also.

But nobody ever talks loud enough about the way Rosenberg's "character bible" convolutedly prevents using the Malibu Comics characters they own in anything even tangentially related to the stories the characters come from. So you can make Topaz The Grandmaster's right hand, but it has to be completely devoid of her *characterization* the comic stories define. Someone's gonna turn the details of that sale up one day, I can't wait to scope it.

Listen if we can get a Ms Marvel show we can get a Squirrel Girl show or at least have her appear in Ms Marvel Season 2. Also sounds like they are in fact recasting for Red Hulk and apparently after next year Marvel will be able to do anything they wanted with anything Hulk related which would explain the sudden She-Hulk series happening this year too. I also don't think Death is impossible to appear because . . . Deadpool.
