I think people underestimate the benefit of walking, I'm also over the moon that today I got my 59 consecutive weeks of 10,000 steps a day! I've never been that consistent with it before and makes such a difference to how I feel x

Hi I have to say I’m 63 and use to do modelling and singing in my youth lol I’m from paisley live in Edinburgh so my skin had to be perfect . I have learned soo much from you it’s amazing 🤩 I do have your Viva Nova and I love it . I’m lucky I don’t have a lot of wrinkles but my face is starting to droop 😭until I can afford fillers skincare will have to do . I have an itchy scalp so I will now try your hair routine . Oh I grind my teeth too but I have partial dentures so I’m wary . My daughter is 37 and has that pad while she works from home it’s amazing .i use to have a caci facial they are amazing but things get soo expensive when you are older 😂 I’m now on a diet too I have got a grandaughter who is 2 in April and a grandson in Dubai who is 7 months I need to feel much fitter to keep up with them and help my daughter especially who is here . I get my steps in just by walking about my flat 🤷🏼‍♀️ or around the estate . I hate cardio but I get lots of water I my legs and feet so if I know I’m going out and worry my shoes won’t fit ( yes it does happen ) lol I put my legs up against my wall for 5 mins and trust me it works 😉 I am with cult beauty so as I can’t sleep I may as well go shop for the hair stuff .your a fantastic wee embassador .i had 3 kids under 3 in my 20s and I’ve no idea how I did it when I watch my kids today it’s the best job in the world .Romi is soo gorgeous you are a fantastic mum I need your energy though 😂 sorry that was a long message but just wanted you to know you are helping older lady too lots love ❤❤

I had dandruff after having babies then used head and shoulders for a little bit then it went away completely. Side note the main ingredient in anti dandruff shampoo boosts hair growth.

I already have dry scalp but a couple days after I had my last baby, my scalp went crazy dry. I use peppermint shampoo and it fixed it. You can even just add a little peppermint oil to your shampoo and it will do the same thing.

My scalp has not been right for years and I have fall out due to diet - im definitely giving these products a try. Tempted also by the Botox. I’ve got a face like Billy Bear Ham/potato smiley 🥹 I’ve started doing massage with a gua sha and also wear a night guard Tysm ❤

The skin Nova and modern radiance concealer, are 1000% my favorite products of all time. From any brand. So amazing. Wish you could make a foundation out of the concealer formula. I use ot as "foundation" all the time. Its just sooo good!!

I had the worst scalp after baby - i tried everything then eventually went to the pharmacist and he recommended nizoral. (It was important to me to be safe in breastfeeding - not sure how you feed your little one) It was an absolute game changer! Used it for a couple of washes and it fixed me completely!

I clinch my teeth so bad at night that I’ve actually cracked my teeth and have horrible TMJ! The only mouth guard that works the best for me is one from the dentist… Since it actually clicks on to my teeth and doesn’t fall out etc during the night! They can be expensive but definitely worth it…

I saw a Tricologist who said scalps need to be cleansed regularly and to not leave it more than a few days to wash your hair. Can cause more irritation, itchy scalps leaving hair washes too long. My hair and scalp gets scratchy if I leave it more than two days.

Usually, dandruff means you need to wash your hair more often because yeast loves oil. More oil means more yeast.

As a hairdresser and from personal experience dandruff can occur either from high oil production (you need to shampoo hair more often with a salicylic acid-based shampoo) or from a dry scalp.

@@sarahviktoria8494 seborrheic dermatitis is is an immune reaction to Malassezia yeasts. This is not a common condition for those with dry skin as Malassezia feeds on oil. Although it can feel dry, it is not from dry scalp.

Really love your videos - it's like doing a zoom call with a friend only you're the one doing the talking! I have just turned 59 and not enjoying thinning hair and scalp issues. I would love to try your suggestions but they are rather pricey so I will have to save to try them at some point 😊 Do you have a product in your line that would be suitable as a light dewy coverage for light/pale olive skin with neutral undertones? My neck etc has a real true pale green to it and I don't like having a different colour on face to neck ratio - foundations, BB etc creams are so difficult to find for true pale olives such as me. Any advice would be fab! Thanks so much 🥰

I just got braces last week and I’m clenching even more than I ever have. 100% going to ask my ortho about a night guard bc I’m only doing it in my sleep for some reason! Also, I’m still petitioning for your tanning water to come to the US. Either that or I’ll have to find a pen pal in the UK to mail it to me bc my face does not get color anymore. 😢

Pretty random question, but did you find the effects of your Botox changed after having a baby? Pre-pregnancy Botox worked amazingly. Postpartum, it didn't work at all! Like zero effect! So sad about it, it was amazing for tension headaches!

I have had jaw Botox for about 12 treatments. It helped for the first few treatments however now I have a sort of permanent dimple on my cheek along with some discolouration that hasn’t gone away. My last treatment was about 10 months ago and I think I will be done with it altogether. I got a night guard from my dentist and it seems to be helping.
