This was unbelievably entertaining, had it on the background setting up my apple watch to start tracking my swim bikes and runs for MY triathlon. MWAHAAHAHAHA

Thats some SOILD volume and intenisty. Is there a reason that your run volume is so much lower than your bike and swim? I don't know if I missed something but its seems like your only doing ~20km in the week

Thanks for watching! Yes so I’m still on my way back from a knee injury, which has been a long long journey! I’m now 16months on. So it’s been a two steps forward one step back process the last couple months and a few weeks ago I had a slight set back so we are starting to build again. But yes in many of my other videos I go into detail on the injury and where I’m at. (My previous video where I go to Tasmania is a big update on my injury). I just try not to bring it up every video because I’m pretty sure people will get sick of it and don’t want it to seem like I’m complaining. It’s definitely been a tough road, but you can only control what you can control 💪🏼

Sick update man ! How do you find the turbo for bike strength/power

Thanks for watching mate! My genuine answer is, I’ve found far more benefit from doing my long rides outdoors than on a trainer. The change in terrain, the fact you always kind of have to be on, particularly with a hilly long ride. So I still definitely suggest that. I’m also going to be doing some specific TT sessions outdoors as I get closer to racing. Which yes are not always perfect because you’ll get a traffic light or a car or something, but it’s important to practice pushing that power and holding that position in real world situations. But for overall specificity and the fact there are no traffic lights, cars or punctures, zwift is the single greatest tool to build yourself as a cyclist with minimal time.
