In this video, I shared 7 in-demand skills for Experienced Professionals to Get Job Stability. These recession-proof skills are the best skills to learn in 2024. These are also the skills AI can’t replace. These high income skills for 2024 can help experienced professionals make more money and also achieve job stability. These in demand skills are also closely related to leadership skills. To pursue developing leadership skills and go from an employee to an industry leader, you should know that these skills are essential for you to grow. My top 7 skills list will help you more than any top 5 skills in 2024 or top 10 skills in 2024 list ever can. Because these are not skills for freshers, but skills for experienced employees.
I tried sharing some evergreen skills, but you can also consider some in the list as new skill for 2024 keeping in mind the advent of AI. Talking about the skills AI can’t replace, we need to look at corporate leadership skills and also developing corporate communication skills along with networking skills. Such soft skills training is mostly missing in the corporate setup, which is why it always helps to develop soft skills for corporate employees on your own. If you undertake any such soft skills training for employees, then you should be able to develop some strong leadership skills.
These skills to learn in your 30s are very useful in case you are looking forward to becoming an industry leader and get some job stability in the later part of your career. The future of IT industry and the tech skills in 2024 doesn’t look so stable, which is why we need to focus on other soft skills which can help us bridge the gap between the in demand skills that the market requires and the skills that we currently have. These are some of the high paid skills to learn if you want to make more money in a manegerial role moving forward. Upskilling courses and upskilling roadmap are not useful as long as you don’t focus on these high demand skills 2024.
These best skills for future can give you an edge over anybody who is not focused on upskilling as an experienced employee in the corporate world. Recession proof skills such as the ones shared in this video will help you command a good salary even during tough times. The skills to make money are no different than the in demand skills, because you will make most money where the demand for the skill is high but the supply is low. Don’t just go for top tech skills in 2024 or top skills in 2024, but focus on the larger trends and long term goal of career transition from an employee role to a leader role.
Hope you find this video valuable, see you in the next one

You followed our suggestion on "IT people in 30's"!!! Thank you very much :) Let me tell you something. A friend visited me in Pune and we were discussing somethings on Layoffs, AI. That time he told me some points and later when i showed him your video, then we came to know that we were both discussing points from your video. He is also following you.

Thank you, Pavan, for this video. I'm happy to know that I am already on this track while struggling through this phase and, in some or the other way, already working on the 6 skills that you've mentioned. I missed the company's Financial Management part, which I'll plan soon. Once again, thanks a lot!🙏🏼

As per my perseption hardskill anyone learned for 2-3 months of work. But point is we can't learn soft skills. And the soft skills always in demand and these skills only developed from our inner side.. No matter what the domain any sector. This is applicable to all the sector.

In my humble opinion - building a personal brand is important to setup a business like that. Because, people would love to know about you first before they reach out to you! Setting up a company is not difficult. Lots of companies like Indiafilings can help you with that!
