Thru-hiking the Pacific Crest Trail has been a dream of ours for many years, but we were not able to make it happen until 2023. It was a wild year to hike the trail as you will soon see. Because of the high snow year, we had to make some changes to our plan and flip-flop the trail, but we got lucky and managed to hike the whole thing! We have tried to include all the people who made the trail special for us and we will remember them forever. Hopefully, this captures the essence of the trail and encourages people to get outside themselves, wherever they are.

There is a lot we had to leave out of this one. Otherwise, it would be 30 days rather than 30 minutes! Eventually, we would like to make a more accurate depiction of what the trail is like now after many years of fire, snow, and wild weather. We would like to give the PCT class of 2024 and all future thru-hikers an idea of what you should realistically expect to encounter when you start your PCT
