Hiii ma'am I am confused about introducing new food to my baby who is turning 7 month tomorrow till now I have only introduced banana apple Dalia to her. Plz help and suggest me how can I introduced her all recommend food I mean in 3 days rule a single food item each day and what about nuts should I mix it or give her only 2 almonds, 2 walnuts each day... What about those banana puree apple puree Daila and sweet potato which I giving her since 6 month onwards.

Mera beta starting mein hi 3hours gap ka feed leta hai kabi kabi 4hrs. Ab toh woh jab chahe duudh aur jo hum khate hai woh mangne lagta. Kabi kabar acche se sone dete hain hum use . Kabi 5hrs tak bhi

Aap bahot lucky hai Mansi...aapki bachi bahot achi hai...but I feel ki aap ki baby bahot samjhdar hai..but hamare jaise cranky wale bache apke paas hote..toh hamein kuch seekhna ka mauqa mil pata...aap un bacho ku kaise deal kare ispe aapse kuch information milti ..apki baby pahle se hi bahot achi sleeper Rahi hai...isliye apko sirf unka routine set karna padta hai dats it aur woh isko adopt bhi karlete hai aur itna ache hubby ka help bhi hai apko...mere baby same Noor ki age ki hai....Maine bahot zyada research Kiya mere baby ki sleep patterns k liye kuch bhi work nahi hua...phir pata laga mujhe kuch bache poor sleeper hote hai unko bilkul bhi neend nahi ati...unka mechanism hi aisa hota hai .chahe aap unko massage kardo nilhado ya solids bhi khilado....meri baby sirf max ada ghanta soti hai din aur Raat me har ade ghante ko udti hai....usko hum sab kuch karte hai comfortable clothes peaceful environment but phir bhi udjati hai...8 months ki hogayi hai but no change....kayi doctors ko consult Kiya but of no use ....life kitni hell hojati agar aisa bacha ho to meri badi baby bhi hai Kabir ki age ki...uska pura dhyan rakhna aur phir yeh choti baby....bilkul bhi nahi so pararahi hu...zero help frm hubby.....meri halat ka ab andaza bhi nahi laga sakte koi...isliye kabhi sochti hu apke paas aisi typical baby hoto toh kuch tips milljate hum jaisa logoku...pleasydo reply on my comment

If u can find oramel drops,melatonin then plz give her fr 7days ,3hrs before sleep..This helps to set babies sleeping routine ..Suppose if that dsnt help then wait fr a wk more (gap of a wk)then give for seven more days . N i have gone thru d same prob n know how sleeplessnes can drive one crazy..Later it was also ruled out that she had lactose intolerance, due to vaccinations -yes even vaccinations can have a bad effect on babies ,she was atopic to vaccines which lead to intolerance n dat stomach ache cdnt let her sleep ..The time we stopped vaccines by Gods grace she is being doing well .We work on her immunity more ,n this is if ua baby is crying also along being awake ..Try it may b helpful fr u.. Some babies r fussy ,we have to accept n work around it ,n c may b if u can hire a help in d day time so that u can rest..

@@rubiyanajam6300 N dear everyone is struggling in der capacity in one nor the other thing, God tests everyone differently ,never think ur alone or d only one ,in this world everyone is being tested ,by kids,health,wealth,powerty,hunger,jobs multiple things ..As Allah swt mentioned in Quran each one will b tested differently..
