Asslamualekum, I tried your haleem with some alterations with meat and daal ration(according to my family’s preference) and it turned out amazing. I was also asked which ready made box masala I have used, which was quite surprising because I didnt use any. Thank you for sharing your tasty and well explained recipes. Just one request, is it possible if you could add reasons behind rarely used spices, e.g; nut meg, mace, pipili mirch etc.
