Hey friends, in today's video we'll go over 7 non-coding tech jobs that pay over six figures in 2022. All these tech jobs don't require you to know any coding or programming.
DISCLAIMER - You do need 5+ years of experience to be making 6 figures+ though but in my opinion, no other industry could offer that amount of salary in such a short time.

Recruitment agents are the problem! They're commission-hungry and don't give a damn about the industry/industries they recruit for! They are, basically, the gatekeepers to [especially] a younger persons career. Not all, of course, but they judge you on word-searching software and will 'bin' your CV in a heartbeat if they can't get their percentage. I got my IT support job via a company that advertised via LinkedIn and said 'no agencies'. They had no shortage of applicants. I'm not a massive fan of LinkedIn as they have some 'money-chasing' aspects, also!

Great video bro. When it's saying the day rate £££ this is usually for contractors who are there for a temporary basis as specialists but without the employee benefits. They are usually sourced for months. If you are working directly for the companies its usual around the 30 - 40k Mark (some roles in the 50s too!)

Thank you so much for making this video explicitly clear. I'd like more info on Business analyst if you don't mind. Also, I see people on SM say they're holding BA with service now or BA with Agile or Scrum training, which would you advise a newbie like myself trying to break into tech start with. It can be a little confusing knowing the particular course to go for when you're self pacing. Thank you. And yes I'm looking forward to your video on NFTs too. If you have strong I.T background then I think I.T project management is fine, but I’ve worked with several tech project managers that aren’t experienced enough in I.T and it is brutal. To be a respected/successful PM or Director I strongly feel you need to be able to speak the same language as you’re team. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve worked with PM’s that just have no idea what I’m even saying and it doesn’t help the project at all. Especially if the project is outsourcing a lot of development. I’m not saying you need to be a full stack engineer but you should be able to get your hands dirty if you needed to so you know when people are bs’ing, etc..

@@readerrabbit6690 Nobody likes Recruiters really!!!! but every company uses them and every candidate has used them over and over for their next role. So where did you get the idea no one likes Recruiters and I have never heard anything about an IQ requirement for professional roles or what research have you done about Recruiters to even know what their IQ is. You sound a bit salty about a Recruiter who makes the hiring world go round. We are like Real Estate/Mortgage brokers to the Recruitment business and we do a heck of a lot of work before we even get paid so keep your mouth zipped than insult a whole career

Great professional video. 2 questions... how does one supervise, manage, analyze a tech project if one doesn't have any coding knowledge. Why do Agile training and certifications feel like a cult? There's only theoretical concepts, you need to be admitted into a self defined organization that has arbitrary classifications and is making money with your adherence? Imagine if you couldn't be a developer unless you were a paying member of The League of Git Hub code pinchers. It would be absurd. Yet for Agile and Scrum - training and certifications seem really strict, but the theory and knowledge base is very vague.

Thank for for taking out your time to create this awareness. The big question I have here is, "how do I get started". How do I go about the training. Are there internet-based free training app(s) that offer a guide on how to become any of this? I would really want to be one, if not more.
