It never stops amazing me how though so much bad media goes on about predators like orcas and sharks but so often when they know they are in trouble or know people are trying to help them they are grateful and almost humanlike. Those "help me" cries 😢make me tear up. I mean if they were so horrible and had no understanding, the other pod members could easily so up and try to defend against the humans trying to help but no it was more like please help our family member and thank you. There are humans that are less caring. Thank you to all and especially that Ingrid for their compassion.

Orcas are extremely smart, I can only imagine how they comprehend a giant tractor. Do they understand what a machine is? As a tool, do they contemplate between themselves and reach the right conclusions about what it is? About our society?

They've shown countless time the ability to differentiate human beings from their boats and equipment, so it probably focused on the people, acknowledging the tractor as just another odd human tool.

@@Dr_V😂❤ I think that they are able to understand and feel if we are saviors or not. But what can a helpless orca do when it cannot move at all. They just wait for help. Others make him understand that humans are here to help him and that he can stay calm and not agressive. They can communicate very well between them. An orca can only do sounds to communicate with humans. The same as a cat. He can only meows to make sure that we understand him. Or postures and look them at the eyes. I have an old cat and we understand her a lot. Because she is 12 years old. I don't know what is the level of understanding between us humans and orcas. They know who we are, and I think that we never harm them so they are always peaceful with us. But now they play with the boats and we should know why.

Numbers 4 and 5 were just tiny little babies! Probably still nursing because so tiny. Their mothers must have been nearby waiting and worrying so much. But they know humans will help if they can attract the attention of humans. Thankfully they got beached in areas that humans visit frequently, it's not always so lucky if they get stuck far away from civilisation and have to go search for a boat just to get some help. Number 3 got very lucky that someone happened to be close and notice her.

Just love to see these beautiful animals where they belong and in a much different light. They should never be in captivity. Where they are so unhappy their fin stays bent and also attack their trainers .
