@@prabhjotsinghkainth2282 basically non stick utensils are made of teflon coat which is a type of plastic. Even the marble coated utensils are bad too. There are many studies to prove this. Iron utensils, steel utensils are good. That too iron utensils are really good.

Its very simple and easy, 1:2 ratio 1 urad daal and 2 rice, soak for few hours , i do 3 hrs or more. blend it and ferment overnight. Watch some videos for dosa batter. Once you learn how to then its easy.

Tamrind rice with curd will be excellent. Ragi malt is great for weight loss and flattens stomach gives great feel trough out the day
