Good, thanks Can MS affect AHC, as l found denervation and fasciculation potentials in a case diagnosed clinically and by MRI as MS?

If an autopsy report states a 'medical history of chronic anterior horn cell disease' with no other information, what is this likely referring to? Thanks.

Atrophy of the radial half of the hand (thenar and FDI muscles) while relatively sparing the ulnar half of the hand. This can be an early/specific finding of ALS
