I used mostly FL Studio Stock plugins to create the sounds

For the synth in the beginning I used a GMS preset called Midnight 2 TE, and I also used the Dreamer TE and Gizmo TE from GMS throughout the track. Hope this helps!

I would check your DAW settings, your problem might be due to latency, where the sound is heard after you play a note, not at the same time as when you play it. Great cover by the way!
