Great advice. I just signed up last week with Mottiv and I am loving it so far. Tired of killing myself every workout like I used to do.

I think slow running might be why I have knee pain. I planned to increase my cadence, now this video says to run slow most of the time. There’s so much info out there my mind is spinning.

Hi TAren... I'm starting to use your app and I really liked. maybe, you already mentioned, but I didn't see, how about HR drift? during a long session or duirng races, it's normal HR to increase. What do you recommend during races longer than 1/2 marathon?
