Sir in this why u r gave 0 to transistor on sir in common anode display all anode ara take as common Vcc supply ane other cathodes are free to give seperate ground means 0 zero voltage

you seem to be confused. All display anodes are not given to common VCC but through respective transistors only. Please watch my other videos on practical electronics to understand how transistors work. Here while 0 is given to one transistor base the base current starts flowing from the emitter (ie Vcc) resulting in the collector getting connected to the emitter thus Vcc is available to that display only and not others. Cathodes of that display are given zero based on the number it has to display.

Sir I'm trying to do quiz display seven segment to display who pressed the button 1 there seven segment should display 1 who pressed second there seven segment should display 2 and who pressed 3 there seven segment should display 3 can this program be done using same logic of as u showed here

No, it needs a microcontroller or a set of digital ICs for this kind of project. There are many projects available on the net

first see the code is row data is enable with 1 then segment is common cathod otherwise vise versa so you can change either code or change display.
