“Virtual Insanity” by Jamiroquai would be a sick stand name. It could belong to the antagonist of a part, with the ability to increase the probability of things. Like for example there is an extremely low probability that a butterfly flapping it’s wings would cause a hurricane but the user can increase the probability of stuff like that happening which is viritual insanity (almost complete insanity).

i think i have 2 concepts of abilities for after dark, if a victim goes into a dark area or space the stand can capture and suffocate the victim using shadow arms that will grab the victim unexpectedly and 2nd is the stand can cover anything in darkness as long as its in a 100 meter radius basically cover all 100 meters in pure darkness that can cause victims to go into a coma or have hallucinations slowly killing them by suffocation

I would love to see holy diver/rainbow in the dark/heaven and hell as stands but dio is already a major antagonist in 3 parts, name dropped in 6 parts and rivals jotaro as the most iconic jojo character so I can understand why a dio song wouldn't get standified except for fanfics there's like 4 holy divers and 7 rainbow in the darks counting them, surprisingly few heaven and hells though probably because it's not exactly a dio song but if dio sings on it it can be recognised as a dio song to me
