There are totally places in the UK that do chicken and waffles. I know of two places in Glasgow (DogHouse Merchant City and Buck’s Chicken)

hiddenbutdeadly That’s not good. You can still pretty easily make it. The chicken part is genuinely just some sort of (usually) boneless fried chicken.

Man, I could see the meatballs working with the bread. The trick is making the barbecue sauce sweeter. Maybe some extra grape jelly and a slight hint of nutmeg? It would compliment the flavor of the meatballs and exemplify the zucchini bread, particularly if the bread has walnuts. These combos need a sauce to accompany them. The trick is that cinnamon or nutmeg are great for both sweet and savory dishes!

Comfort food+ comfort food typically works. It’s carb on carbs, sugar on sugar, protein on protein, or a combination of the three, it’s hard to mess that up unless you just don’t have a taste for it.

Sweet and Savory are awesome combinations when you find them. My childhood favorite is Chili Fritos topped with Jalalpenos Eaten side by side with a cone of Vanilla Ice Cream. My Ice Cream truck Combo. Also ran out of milk once to make fraps. Used a couple scoops of vanilla Ice cream. He started charging me a few quarters more after the first few times I ordered it that way. Understand, I was under 5' most of my life and about 150lbs most of that time.

Not exactly a "dessert" seafood, but I find jam, compote, fruit salad, fruit salsa, etc are delicious with pan-fried or poached fish. Helps when you season the fish with herbs and incorporate one or two of the same herbs into the fruit part to wrap all the flavors together.
