My daughter is really struggling with so much of this at her Christian College, and is actually considering leaving the College. 😢 If you are led, I'd love it if you would pray for my daughter for God to speak to her heart, encourage her, give her clear and sure direction, and to not compare herself with anyone, and that she does not have to be perfect. I won't be sharing her name in order to protect her privacy. JustcFYI...As her Mom, its so hard to see her suffer. Thank you again for sharing...it helps me understand her a little more! Great video for those struggling with things at Christian college but I found good points today too. Complaining....I struggle with this one every day. I try to stop and some days I'm successful and some days not. I pray all the time that the Lord will make me more accepting about what's going on and that it's in His Will and His Plan! I mostly complain to myself actually but that's bad too. Thank you for discussing this today! I love that you talked about works today too. I never feel like I'm doing enough in comparison to others but I've always felt this way about myself. Since I've gotten older and suffer from arthritis and type two diabetes, I don't feel as good all the time so works is hard for me. I still keep singing in the choir, also solos and groups but sometimes that gets hard too. I always appreciate your discussion on these kinds of things and making me realize that everybody is different! The way you put things in a nutshell really helps!

It’s interesting to hear some of the struggles that come with being at a Christian college. I definitely had felt some of these things while going to a liberal arts college myself but sometimes harbored in different ways. Thank you for the perspective, I really appreciate the openness and rawness of it all!

Thank you! I am in my second semester at a Christian college, and I have felt so alone in my doubts. All of what you said resonated with me. It extends grace and challenges me to trust God.

In serious times of doubt, I still feel that God is with me through all of it. In my critics of religion class, a Jewish friend of mine is keeping me sane in pointing out the ridiculous parts of the arguments the professor makes whenever I am starting to worry about how convincing some of the arguments can get. It seems that the closer I get to God, the more intense these attacks on my faith become. It’s getting so mentally taxing. Can’t wait for summer break.

Self righteousness really hit hard.Its so easy to judge others based on the things we have done that we think make us seem pious and righteous and yet the bible clearly tells us that no amount of food can validate us...that our opinions are not always true. Anyway our aim is righteousness but if we fall we are held by a net of grace.Nice time😊❤

What this sounds like is we are not to have boundaries. To stand apart from the world's way of doing things, we must have boundaries because they dont. We must walking in truth. If you see secular doing it that means we should not be doin it hence night vs light.

first off cool video! i'm going to endeavour to explain some of the things you are seeing in the hops you see it with new eyes!. "Disclaimer:this is a personal observation not a law" ( i will try to be concise but i never know how these things will turn out haha) I want to tackle this first instead of going in order because this is a fascinating one! Struggles with faith/assurance of salvation unlike the others is something that never goes away i think of it as a road marker at this point at first everything shook me and the regular appearance of the question "do i still believe" scared me but as time goes on that question comforts me now and it is a source of greater faith because when something shakes you to your core and everything comes apart but The Rock does not move! you know that you know :) let me lock it in with some verse: 1 Cor 4:20: "For the kingdom of God is not a matter of talk but of power!" hold onto this while you read the next verse Philippians 1:6 “being confident of this, that He who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus.” how have you changed since coming to Christ think right back and you will see the gentle work of The Holy Spirit see his power in your life know that if he has started he will finish it

Thanks for your honesty. I've read been reading through the bible since the last bible challenge although Christians don't act like the Christ they claim and The church is even worse, so I walked out.

Does someone know any Christians umiveristies,which are state,not private and maybe the ones that have scholarship opportunities and my second question is: can the college be Christian and me be Christian,but can i study not theological stuff i mean as a major ,but to study like translation or smth and just having Christian classes ,as i want to pursue a profession

Please pray for me this coming easter. I know that Jesus Christ is the only truth and the light of this world. That’s why I still trust in him even as I struggle buying groceries for my children. I’m a single mom my husband passed years ago. Both of my sons are autistic. I recently started homeschooling them due to bullying and other issues. Their behavior is unpredictable, so it’s easier not to expose them to certain situations. That’s why homeschooling is working out great. But I’m so overwhelmed. I can’t seem to get back on my feet. I lost my job at Forsyth hospital for declining the vaccine. I declined because of my health conditions. I suffer from lupus, and heart disease. Since losing my job I’ve been struggling to support my children and myself. I’m waitressing but I’m not making nearly enough. I feel like a failure. And now that I’m homeschooling my boys my hours to work are limited. Jesus help me. I’m tired of struggling. Struggling to buy school supplies. Struggling to buy groceries. Struggling to pay rent. It hasn’t been easy. But I still trust in Jesus. The devil wants me to quit and to give up my faith but I know all things are possible through Jesus. I will not fear, fear is from the devil. I WILL KEEP FAITH. Please pray for me and my children. PRAYERS ARE ALL I NEED. I have faith that GOD WILL PROVIDE abundantly for me and my children.
