1-control anger 2-get knowledge ( learn Quran) 3-Do not gossip or back bite 4-talk positively 5-Don’t hurt with our words , stay silent. 6-have a sacred moment ( spend time with talking to Allah , recite , do dhikr.) 7-Be an active listener. Builds up compassion and kindness 8-self reflect , ponder over Allah’s verses and prophet’s actions. This with builds spiritual growth.

Gossip/backbiting doesn't only mean speaking behind someone's back, it means saying something that your bro/sis doesn't like even if it's saying it to their face except for some exceptional times/occasions. Shukran
