I really hope Tite-Bond is giving you free glue. You come up with great ideas. What wood is the dark brown and the green MDF?

you should choose a different order in hack#1: first the 4 holes to attach the router, then mill the center hole, then use this hole as the center for your circle jig

I heard violin music and I think you should stick to woodworking and leave chauvinistic music out. Some people have been mentally harmed by this cloyingly sweet, effeminate music.
