Whsts your hair type ?oily or dry or normal?

Washing your hair once a week is not beneficial at all, unless you live in a perfectly clean environment where air is not toxic, like the mountains. The scalp needs to be washed at least twice a week.

Not true...frequency fully depends on each individual necessities also if you have a good routine that indeed cleanses properly the scalp, you can go longer between washes.

How long did it take you to see visible results and did you have to cut your most damaged parts / the ends ?

I would say after 2/3 months I began to notice a physical change in my hair (softer, less dry, healthier) and yes I told my hairdresser to cut what needed to go, about 2 maybe 3 inches of dead ends, hope that helps! ☺️

if you are growing longer hair (length ) you should never cut it and oil your ends you don't lose length
