In this video, I go over 7 top dividend stocks that I have in my portfolio that pay me about $1,100 in monthly dividends. I'll go over each of their dividend rates, important statistics you should know, current news, as well as why I like them.

If you don't know what stock dividends are, it's basically when a company gives out extra money they have to investors. Every company I talk about in this video chooses to pay out their shareholders through dividends, and when done right, having dividend stocks in your portfolio can ensure that you're getting consistent payments for your shares. This can be super attractive to income investors that want to generate money from their investments.
As I mention in the video, I always recommend spending at least 1 hour on every stock, crypto, ETF, or whatever that you're looking into before you invest. I also always recommend for beginners to use platforms like Moomoo to get started because they're super easy to use, and they're also giving out a ton of free stocks right now!
If you want to learn more about investing and how to make money through dividends, be sure to check out my other videos!

Note - I may have an interest in these companies. My recommendations are just a suggestion to do further research - I encourage you to do your own research about each company and make a decision for yourself, whether or not you want to invest in that particular company. This video should not be considered financial advice. Do NOT buy a stock just because it was on this video. This video is just my own analysis of 7 companies and the current news surrounding them.
Also - if you want a more technical analysis, there are other channels that will dive deep into the numbers :) I like to talk about the news and where the company lies in the industry.
I hope you guys found this video helpful, and if you did please SHARE it with a friend or family member who you think could benefit and also LIKE and subscribe for more videos like this in the future!
Thank you so much for watching, and happy investing!

My dividend journey began when I realized that two particular expenses in my budget were always going to go up and never go down. The two expenses were taxes and insurance. I realized that the dramatic rise in both will need some added income. So, I started buying shares paying dividends. I can now see that this will be the path I need to take to make sure those two expenses will not overtake my future income.

I`m new to the stock market. Every stocks that I bought so far, I was out of luck because I bought them when they were expensive. I feel I missed out on all the opportunities so far. I believe having $450K yearly income would be a good investment so I want to plug all my savings into the market. I know this sounds a bit dull but I would like to know if I should learn investing or let somebody else (more capable like a FA) do it for me? Please share your thoughts. I am kind of tired of searching for a good asset to buy and losing all the good opportunities.

When I started investing last year, I avoided significant mistakes. I've focused on investing modest sums in stable businesses for the long term. If stocks perform well, I hold onto them; otherwise, I reinvest losses into profits. Recently, I made $9.5k from a $4k investment in NVIDIA.

I wholeheartedly concur, which is why I appreciate giving an investment coach the power of decision-making. Given their specialized expertise and education, as well as the fact that each and every one of their skills is centered on harnessing risk for its asymmetrical potential and controlling it as a buffer against certain unfavorable developments, it is practically impossible for them to underperform. I have made over 1.5 million dollars working with an investment coach for more than two years.

Protecting your capital is much more important than making money. Basically because if you lose your capital, making money is much harder. ''Missing the train'' vs. ''losing your money''. There are a lot of trains, but if your money is gone, it's over. This is for stock holders.

Unfortunately, most people don't get this, the majority is after chasing tops/bottoms where they fail & get out of the game. Therefore, in the current bear market, we should pay more attention to the risk rate of the market. We must control the risk to a minimum and improve earnings. It is best not to blindly enter the market.

Not sure if I totally understand your post. My plan at this time is to continue my 401k contribution and match but mostly to stuff the hell out of my annuity. It is safe from loss and only pays if the market is up. Sure it's less than a winner in stocks, but a bird in the hand is better than praying that the Wall St. casino goes the way my fantasies envision. I feel that cash is king, especially b/c I am retiring to South America. So I'll let the casino accounts; Roth, 401k, do their thing for many years and move them to safe ground when and IF they top out.

The most popular investment portfolio strategies include diversification, where you spread investments across different asset classes to manage risk. Another is the growth strategy, focused on capital appreciation through high-risk, high-reward assets. Income-oriented strategies target regular income from dividend stocks or bonds. Finally, there's the value strategy, seeking undervalued assets for potential long-term gains.

I admire the financial independence of people, But you can live better if you work a little more. After watching this I think there are people out there, on the extreme, who plan to die early just to be able to retire early. To each their own but to me, retirement isn't just about not having to work, it's about having the freedom to do whatever you might reasonably want, such as travel, buying things, enjoying life, etc. I don't think I could retire with less than $3m in income-generating investments, maybe $2m at the very minimum. I plan to work until I'm at least 45

Some of the non-tech that I think are positioned to go really up are Home Depot, Delta Airlines, Pool Corp, etc. It's summer anyway. I'll be rooting for these stocks, and have set aside almost $200k for that. Having issues now with how to allocate capital, and to know if my projections are right based on technical observations.

I'm not kidding when I say that the market crash and high inflation have me really stressed out and worried about retirement. I've been in the red for a while now and although people say these crisis has it perks, I'm losing my mind but I get it Investing is a long-term game, so focus on the long run.

I can’t focus on the long run when I should be retiring in 3years, you see I’ve got good companies in my portfolio and a good amount invested, but my profit has been stalling, does it mean this recession/unstable market doesn’t provide any calculated risk opportunities to make profit?

buy BRK.B , JEPI, JEPQ the first ones does not have dividens so growth a lot and the second and thirds have the best dividends in ETFS with a low risk.

With markets tumbling, inflation soaring, the Fed imposing large interest-rate hike, while treasury yields are rising rapidly-which means more red ink for portfolios this quarter. How can I profit from the current volatile market, I'm still at a crossroads deciding if to liquidate my $125k bond/stocck portfolio

Charlie, thanks for the video. I was curious if you like stock O (Realty Income Corporation) today at its price of $52.32? At the time of your video it was at $62.65. It is currently down approximately 16%. Do you think it will go down more? If you are not selling your existing holding in O, can you fully disclose how many shares you currently own, when you purchased them and at what price did you pay? I look forward to your response and appreciate all the information you share with your subscribers like me.

I am new to the stock market. Every stock that I bought so far, I was out of luck because I bought them when they were expensive. I feel I missed out on all the stock opportunities so far for the tech stocks.I believe having 150K yearly income would be a good investment so I want to plug all my savings into the stock market. I know this sounds a bit dull but I would like to know if I should learn investing or let somebody else (more capable like a FA) do it for me? Please share your thoughts. I am kind of tired of searching for a good stock to buy and losing all the good opportunities
