In this video I give my 7 top tips for getting your little one(s) out with you on your runs. This one is all about the baby jogging stroller. This is not a review of any particular stroller, but rather some very useful tips that you can use to help get you started.
I use this thing so much I wanted to share my thoughts/ideas/experiences with it. Running with my son is one of my greatest joys and I hope this inspires other running parents to get their little ones out on their runs with them. Hope you found this interesting and informative.

Keep your tires properly inflated. It's a game changer when you go from low tire pressure to ideal pressure. It glides across the pavement.

Thank you for this video, really helped to make up my mind and decide for a running stroller, the only thing stopping me is flat tires, how often would you say you get a puncture?

Haven’t had one yet. Just check tire pressure every once and a while and we’re good to go. I wouldn’t let that stop you. Get out there and have some fun.

Thanks for the tips! I really liked your shirt! From what age you think it is appropriate to bring an offspring for a run? And what is the upper weight limit? Also, if you have children from different ages (and weight), would this imbalance the trolley (assuming it's a 2 children one)?

Great questions. The 2 children of different weight would not imbalance it. The stroller is robust enough to handle the different weights between the children. As for age i would highly recommend that you weight until the can hold there head up and can demonstrate some head/body control. They make an infant insert, however I waited until our son was about 6 months old. As far as upper age/weight I would follow manufacture specs on that. You can get several years out of them.

I really want to try stroller jogging. Every time I push a shopping cart at supermarket park lot, I always run and really enjoy jogging with the cart, which make balancing so much easier. I am looking into jogging strollers without baby seat, because I do not have a baby, but cannot find any. Do you have any suggestion?
