This is maybe a hyper specific question, but you mentioned the caffeine - are there any studies on other stimulants and their effects on blood sugar? I take stimulants for my ADHD, and I haven't noticed an effect, but I often take it alongside my morning coffee, which of course is caffeine. I've started limiting my caffeine to just that one cup in the morning, and have noticed that it helps to do that, but wanted to know if other stimulants had similar effects! Love the video and plan on implementing these!! Only in range about 50% of the time, and want that number much higher.

Hi there! From a quick search, it looks like ADHD meds can increase liver glucose production so it would make sense if it is cause a slight increase in your insulin needs. Something you could fine tune with your doctors help?

You were talking about the sugar intake, I drink a lot of Diet Coke I mean a lot I have to change that if I'm going to start the Jardiance I might sent my body out of wack.. I love your videos I'm learning so much, Thank you.

I quit drinking diet soda 10 years ago and I’m so glad! Now when I even take a sip it’s like “bleh!” Pure chemicals.
