HERE ARE THE 7 TYPES/GROUPS OF STOOLS: ⤵️
👉 Type 1 or "Rabbit Poop": Has the appearance of separate hard lumps, it indicates signs of dehydration, constipation & lack of fiber in your diet!
👉 Type 2: Separate hard lumps but in bigger size, it also indicates signs of dehydration, bad digestion, lack of fiber, constipation!
👉 Type 3: Has a shape similar to a sausage but it's very hard with cracks on the surface, it also indicates signs of dehydration in the body!
👑 Type 4 or "The Royal Flush": Has the shape and appearance of a sausage but with a smooth and soft surface. This is the perfect poo, the golden nugget!
👉 Type 5: These stools are smooth blobs with clear-cut edges that a person can pass easily, but could be a sign of Infection, food intolerance, excess magnesium, digestive enzymes, and/or anxiety
👉 Type 6: Has the consistency of a pudding and often times it can look like a cow plop on the toilet bow! This too is a sign that there may be Infection or food intolerance
👉 Type 7: Liquid diarrhea! The telling sign of a possible Infection, food intolerance, excess magnesium, digestive enzymes, and/or anxiety
