Chicago Mayor acting like just because he's been briefed on using more Vocal range during his rants that he is actually saying something meaningful. The more media says certain victims of shootings aren't the intended targets, the more certain groups of people know that they are in fact the intended targets. Babies, innocent children, the best/brightest young adults cities have to offer including the Matriarchs of the family continuously being snuffed out assures that no one will be left to uplift and strengthen the communities.
