I always do this whenever I'm fixing a dryer, it sure makes my allergies act up though lol.

I hear ya. Same for me before: i have a higher tolerance now. I hardly ever get allergies from that now.

Sure you fixed it but the pipe on the outlet off the blower was driving me crazy seeing it off to the side and not properly connected lol. But i always take apart my dryer once a year and clean any lint build up out of it. Dont have to tear it down too far just enough to vacuum out all the lint.

That was very perceptive that you noticed that. I actually realized that i missed that when i was video editing. I called the customer the next day and fixed it. I am very surprised i missed it when i was in it the first time. I was so distracted doing the video and cleaning i guess. Good call 😎

How does one check if a cleaning is needed without taking the dryer apart? There must be a way.

In this dryer’s case, you can take a flashlight and look down he lint screen housing. It was very easy to see it needed cleaning.

I will never understand why Americans rely on their dryers so much. They are expensive to run, bad for the environment and dangerous.
