Horribly unprofessional of them to not be there on time, and for the people running it to not make sure that Brian had food to eat. Even a hotel concierge months ago had everything that Brian needed - minus putting some stuff in the fridge which should've been in there instead of on the bed - and that was just for a regular customer.

I preacher curl 100lbs and I can say it feels exactly the same at 90lbs. 90lbs feels exactly the same as 80lbs. But 80lbs feels way lighter than 100lbs. It's all relative, adding 10,000lbs at 70k probably won't make a difference, and adding another 10 won't either, but if you add 20k to 70k it probably will. That said I can't pull a fire truck so maybe I'm completely wrong

Doyle You are 100% right. Even though you know something is more weight, after it becomes heavy, there really is no difference except your max. Like stones, carrying 80 lbs is nothing, but once it is over 100, you can feel the 'mass'. 100 will still be easy, but there is a difference and you feel it. Carrying. 200 lbs will feel MUCH similar to 100, and once you pick up 80, it's nothing. I'm not saying this in the way that you are just stronger and lighter weights feel less, I'm saying that you can 'feel' the mass of I'd say anything 100 and over lbs. Doesn't matter if you can carry 600. You gotta lift and carry, yourself to really understand, but I hope I helped a little.

There's something called a threshold ov perception that applies to all senses. it's something like a 10% increase is perceptible but less than that is not perceptible. I know this is how it works for hearing and smell, and it probably applies to strength as well.
