छालों पर ठंडी चीज लगाने से बहुत जल्दी फायदा होता है. साथ ही ये दर्द और सूजन को भी कम करने का कम करता है. 1.नींबू पानी में शहद मिलाकर इससे कुल्ला करें। 2.एक कप पानी में एक चम्मच धनिया पाउडर मिलाकर उबालें। पानी ठण्डा होने पर इससे दिन में 3-4 बार कुल्ला करें। 3.छालों में होने वाली जलन को कम करने के लिए ग्लिसरीन में हल्दी का पाउडर मिलाकर छालों पर लगाएँ और 20-25 मिनट बाद कुल्ला कर लें। 4.जामुन की छाल का काढ़ा बनाकर गरारा करें। (जामुन के फायदे) 5.जायफल का काढ़ा बनाकर इससे दिन में 5-6 बार कुल्ला करें। 6.30 ग्रा. बरगद की छाल को 1 ली. पानी में उबालकर गरारे करने से मुँह के छाले ठीक हो जाते है।
