I mean... Yeah, they made them realistic AKA useless. Bro is wearing a thick Ghillie and you're throwing a knife laying down, of course even if the blade landed first there is nowhere near enough power for it to penetrate. Now... Is that the intentions of the developers or a bug, that is a different story :D
