Dubailand might be the future Dubai Hills. This area will see the construction of the new premium residential complex Ghaf Woods. The name suggests the territory will be lush with greenery.

What wil be the average prices of those apartments? When the Project will be presented?

The prices are now known, approximately from 1.35 to 1.5 million dirhams for one-bedroom apartments, and about 2 million dirhams for two-bedroom apartments. The presentation will be in mid-May or June. By that time, there will be far more Expressions of Interest (EOI) than apartments, so all clients who have made or are making a down payment with us will definitely get an apartment because we are submitting a joint application for units and building relationships with the developer. I recommend writing to us if you want help securing a unit. We'll be glad to assist!

They don't own or manage auto dealerships,. That's AL Futtaim Trading Enterprises, not MAF.

You're right about the dealerships. It's the same family. In 2000, they divided the responsibilities; Majid Al Futtaim handles malls and construction, while another part of the family oversees the dealerships. It's one family but different business entities. I would say it's something like a good catch. The same family operates different aspects in different companies.
