At five, Vallerie witnessed her father murder her mother and later found that he also killed himself. She tried to overcome the feeling of loneliness and abandonment through drinking, guys, and motherhood only later to find acceptance that comes through Christ alone.

Amazing story, I would love to hear about the process of allowing God to be a Father after being independent all her life. I’m currently struggling in my process of learning how to be a daughter after never having a Father.
