Margins are very low. Cost of raw materials itself is Rs 1,25,000 per ton roughly. Useful produce is about 200 kg. Even if an average rate of Rs 700 per kg is considered , revenue is about Rs 1,40,000. If we consider cost of labour, power etc. hardly any amount is left.

Per ton raw material with transport = 1,30,000 Cost of labour per ton = (12 +12 +12 +5 ) *1000 = 41,000 Net expanditure on 1 ton raw material with processing = 1,71,000 + electricity + machinery maintainance + other minor expences. Total sakes per 1 ton finished output ( assume 200 kg casew nut per ton and uniform price for all grade qualities ) = 200 *700 = 1,40,000 Bhaisahb kese sustain karr rahe hainn.

@@ashishsingh3566 right. Even if its 200, let's round it up to 8000 (200*40). Which makes it a total expense of 138000. And the entire 200kgs doesnt get sold at 700. Its only the full cashew which gets sold at 700. It's a loss making proposal

गणित जरा तपासा☝️☝️ १ किलो कचा माल =१३० रूपये १ किलो पासून 200 ग्राम पक्का काजू मिळतो ( मग एक किलो पक्या काजूसाठी पाच किलो कच्चामाल लागतो= १३०x५= ६५० रु) +कामगार खर्च+packing+transportation असं कुणालाही काही बोलू नका पहिल्यांदा जरा विचार करा..🙏🙏 माळकरी माणूस आहे.

But In India, even people like him, with honest intention, don't take measures to protect food items from falling on the GROUND. @@9038916243 net yield of cashew is around 250-300kg as a raw cashew nut contains 70% shell and 30% kernel (edible nut)

U took it wrong. Labour cost is 25/kg but u r multiplied it with 1000 that is wrong. U have to multiply it with 250kg (the actual eatable cashew) bcoz the NW material has 25% UTARA. Also the Turfal can sell at 7-8 rs per kg n that u will get arround 700kg turfal frm 1ton raw material. So it will reduce ur atleast 70% labour cost. Roughly 12000-14000 (depend on market) u will get profit on 1ton raw material. This is all about my study.

260000 raw material+ 2000*30=60000/- labour charge Other machine operating chare not difine Final product 380 kg 320000/380= 842/ kg cost it means wrong detail

Are bhai log wo entrepreneur is new and the anchor is also new to their respective field...Both are honest but only thing is they are from Rural Maharashtra not having fluency in Hindi language ....the essence of this video is this is profit making business since owner told that he is getting 30-35 thousands for every tone (Rs130000). Encourage to them 👍🏻

1 टन यानी 1000 kg price 130000,+प्रोसेसिंग charge 12+13 और 200 kg price 140000=जितना खर्चा उतनी मिले लाभ कहा मिलेगा
