This lot bought on 16/Jan/2014 $3,850,000 and they spent between 5-7 million dollars to built this house and tries very hard to flip it for 24.5 million dollars. What a rip off

A house with ground floor layout issues.... the entrance hall is way too big. The rest of it is great. In fact i LOVE that kitchen.
