Every now and then a troubadour steps out of the fog and lights up the whole music scene. Glen Hansard is one of them. He is the real deal. Even his newest songs feel like they have been kicking around the back of my mind for my whole life. Phenomenal stuff!

That raspy voice is everything

I saw Glen on the 30th of september for the third time in Belgium. The last time in Brussels just before La Cigale in Paris I had the time of my life. The feeling in his lyrics, the emotion in the music, it's all there needs to be at that moment. I play all of his old songs on performances and now Iearn all of his new songs too, you just never get tired of it! Thanks Glen for this wonderful music!!
