There is going to be a day or two when you will have to get both workouts in with a shorter to no rest time, if this was a set-in-stone rule it would/should be emphasized in the app.... just get your two 45s done.

mine are broke up but only by 45 mins - 1 hour (normally an hour or over) i wake up, run, go home and have breakfast and rest for a bit, then go to the gym. doing this has allowed me to transform my morning and whole day, i’m waking up 2 hours earlier and the exercising provides me a great starting point for my day

The problem I have is I work 10 hour days, minimum, and I have a family. Not really sure how to commit to two 45 minute time blocks doing anything.

That’s the whole point bro. Same deal here. Two kids, a wife and a full time, 7 day a week job. I get up at 430 for my first workout which is normally weight lifting. Then as soon as I get off I’ll go swim in my community or do a light jog. And MY WIFE DOES NOT COOK. So I’m cooking on top of it. The point is that it is HARD. Accept it and do your best.
