Seven hour layover and Mikey eats an entire course of Ramen and then another full course of burgers, fried chicken and seafood. Then yet another full course in the airport lounge. The bottomless stomach - I'd love to see Mikey do a food competition someday.

I would love to be able to eat like him so I could try everything. But can’t seem to stay “regular” whenever I go on vacations. It’s even worse on overseas vacations.

Must be annoying to have a 2 day delay. Most ive had was a day delay but the hotel they put us in had the softest beds i had ever slept in and over a decade later i still remember it. Glad your flight got upgraded too.

O’Hare……the airport form hell. Something always goes wrong….cancelled flights, nights in the airport, four hours on the tarmac. It’s almost a badge of survival at this point 😂

Mikey has an extraordinary & extremely powerful digestive system. My body can’t handle all that stuff before any flights…especially anything heavy on dairy, citrusy, greasy, and hot & spicy. 😆😆

My mom worked aircraft for nearly 20 years and my husband has been in aircraft for 13 and I still always feel sick to my stomach knowing that planes drop fuel into the oceans🥺 I know layovers are annoying, we used to fly standby because it was free for my mom so there were times we were stuck at the airport for hours on end not knowing when there would be room for us on a flight. I always got to visit the cockpit and talk to the pilots though because my mom worked for an airline company at the time so it made for some cool childhood memories and made up for the lost hrs we spent waiting!
