What an absolute masterpiece of a game. Personally, I have never felt this emotional and nostalgic about a game ever. So many memories, so many minigames, so many unfinished build projects, so many online strangers that suddenly vanished, so many diamond celebrations, so many relationships built, oh my. Time really flies by so fast, you don't even realize the memories you are making. You never really know when you are gonna place that last block, you never know when your friends would come back, you really never know when, and when I say when, when you ever will forget the childhood this game gave to us all. These songs become more impactful to me the older I get. I found this mix nearly four years ago, when I was still in high school, and since then I've become increasingly attached to it. Now I'm 19 and depressed, with no friends, no social skills, enrolled in college because of societal expectation and hating it, and this music brings tears to my eyes. It's like resting on top of a hill, looking down over the valley I played in as a kid, knowing it'll never be the same, but just remembering what it felt like, what it sounded like.

So many great memories of my son playing Minecraft after school and listening to this music when he was a young boy, so calming. He's sixteen now. The original soundtrack is in my heart forever.

2015-2017, every friday night you grabbed some snacks, soda, and played Minecraft survival for countless hours, and Garden Warfare 1 too, it was me, my couch, my 360° and joy. Im soon to be 17, and man, it's good to remember that, or sit every vacation to do that.

Sitting here on my own bed while listening to Subwoofer Lullaby and reading the MC handbooks. This one in particular is a favorite. It reminds me of a distinct memory. Particularly involving elementary school. Me and my buddies used to play MC all the time, and I always, and I mean always played it. Although it was always alone. Hearing this song gave me comfort and even though I may have been scared of being lost in a world to never find my home again, I would persevere. In particular my mom, bless her soul, had bought hard cover first editions of the brand new Minecraft Handbooks from 2014 when I was 7. I never have gotten to played on Java edition, but my heart lit up when my mom bought me them. I still have them and currently 8 years later still read them from time to time. To think I’d be having so much more to stress over, and not having a mother to share more memories with is just to show how much time has passed since. One thing stands out though. She had at one point, not knowing a single thing about this game, decided to play with me in a world I made on her own tablet. And still I recollect that sweet bonding time me and her had.. even if it is just a simple little block game. The memories I hold and the memories I am creating now will forever be a sweet place in my mind to look back on years from now.

I was 13 when I first started playing Minecraft, and I have always loved discovering new things about Minecraft every day. It was during March-April 2020 when all the schools closed so we always had assignments and were basically home the whole time, so it was a wonderful opportunity to start a game like Minecraft. My first creative mode project was me trying to build a replica of our blue apartment. My at that time 6yo sister also always watched me build the building and she simply loved it when I played Minecraft. After weeks I still was not halfway through, I at least completed the part of the apartment where we live, and a few other flats which I built with improvisation, but well... being still a rookie and newbie in Minecraft, I hadn't yet discovered the cruel act of Minecraft when you accidentally entered the world on a different version. Along with many other worlds, this one also disappeared, just because they were so old and I simply after a while lost track of all the Minecraft worlds that even existed. Put simply together, I changed my PC twice and I had Minecraft on two Laptops in the past. The "Blue House", so we called it, will always remain in the hearts of me and my sister, and listening to the tracks "Biome Fest" and "Blind Spots" always remind me sooo much of it, because it always played in the background while building our beloved blue apartment, our first Minecraft creative mode project. All these Minecraft tracks are absolute masterpieces and bring back so many memories. I'm 16 now and my sister turned 9 recently, and I just can't believe that it's been nearly three years already. The way how time flies is just insane. Ultimately I find it kinda sad that after playing Minecraft a certain amount of time, it just doesn't feel as exciting anymore, because you just know almost everything about the game already. Back then Minecraft just hit so much more different. I think I must really quit Minecraft for a long time and then start playing again after years, just to get that feeling again. Minecraft is such a legendary game, never underrate it!

at the time of writing this i am 13 imagine 20 years into the future imagine you have a family with a good wife, a good house, and a good kid but you feel... something missing one day your kid runs up to you while youre on the couch he has an old box in his hand, very dusty and deformed he asks "daddy, whats this?" "i dont know, where did you find it" you reply while clearing the dust he says "i found it in the attic" you finally manage to clean the dust from the box it reads "xbox 360" on the top you smile "oh its my old xbox! havent seen it in a while" he asks "is this how consoles looked like when you were a child? its so big and heavy!" "yes... it was very revolutionary back when it released" you say as you open the box inside the box you find 2 controllers and a dusty, smaller box, it appears to be green you tell your son to get a towel, everything was so dusty and dirty you start to cough he comes back with said towel, and together, you clean the box and its insides after its clean, you can finally make out what is written in that box "MINECRAFT - XBOX 360 EDITION" you read out loud as your throat beggins to ache you freeze for a moment, the memories start flooding back your kid asks "daddy, is that a game?" you reply "yes, my favourite game, i have so many good memories with it" he replies with "can we play?" you happly say yes and begin to assemble the console after its plugged, you insert the disc and hear the cd drive reading while the iconic xbox logo appears on the screen then a familiar song starts to play, the screen goes white and reads "MOJANG" in red the tittle screen appears, as you and your son press play on the old controllers, the world menu starts loading and then you see it all your old worlds, from when you were only 7, theyre all there you start to tear up he notices "daddy, whats wrong?" you reply with "nothing, its just... that i... have a very strong emotional connection with this... game..." you decide to revisit your old world as soon as you load in, youre blinded with the sight of the sun, an old wood house can be seen in the horizon you begin to walk over there as your son watches when you finally get there, you see the doors open, cows wolfs and bats have populated the area in your absence you get in the house and feel a very strong feeling of nostalgia the furnaces are still melting iron you and your old friend's room is still intact you begin to cry tears roll down your cheek not tears of sadness, but tears of joy, happiness, after all these years, it was still there it was all... still there... i apologize if i made some grammatical mistakes, im am not a native english speaker but anyways thank you for reading my story, i hope i did a good job conveying the emotions i feel when i play this game

Lets just sit here and admire this beautiful game that brought all of us together. Look at this man. This is beautiful. This is just raw beauty. We all shared this similar nostalgic experience as a kid of playing this amazing game. I'm 15, I'll be 16 in just over a month so I'm just now exiting my early childhood sadly but I still hop on this game every once in awhile. It's so soothing, relaxing, relieving. I'm in a relationship currently, a long distance one with a girl I love very much but I deal with anxiety and I overthink a lot but just sitting here and listening to this, reading these comments just puts my brain at rest and calms down my racing heart when I'm worrying about things out of my control.
