the only way you can refund an item is when its not usuable anymore aka deleted, this is the same with clothes. it could take a while for roblox to send you the message though that an item has been deleted or is not usable any longer. then you can get your robux back.

basiclally you get refunded by roblox because the item you probably wear was either deleted by the owner of it or roblox

Just came here to say that if you make a video that is 8+ minutes long, it will be monetized, meaning you will make money off of the video. Please know that there is no real way to refund items; Roblox themselves have stated this. This video is quite literally doing the bare minimum for money and attention; don't listen to him.
