in this video i explained (in urdu ) SG3525A / SG1525A / SG2525A Pulse Width Modulator Controller functional description, pinout, circuit diagram and test circuit
The SG3525A, SG3527A pulse width modulator control circuits offer
improved performance and lower external parts count when implemented for controlling all types of switching power supplies i,e. buck converter, forward converter, half bridge, full bridge, push pull, boost converter, buck boost converter, continuous or discontinuous mode flyback SMPS. its on-chip +5.1 V reference is trimmed to ±1% and the error amplifier has an input common-mode voltage range that includes the reference voltage, thus eliminating the need for external divider resistors. A sync input to the oscillator enables multiple units to be slaved or a single unit to be synchronized to an external system clock. A wide range of dead-time can be programmed by a single resistor connected between the CT and Discharge pins. These devices also feature built-in soft-start circuitry, requiring only an external timing capacitor. A shutdown pin controls both the soft-start circuitry and the output stages, providing instantaneous turn off through the PWM latch with pulsed shutdown, as well as soft-start recycle with longer shutdown commands. The under voltage lockout inhibits the outputs and the changing of the soft-start capacitor when VCC is below nominal. The output stages are totem-pole design capable of sinking and sourcing in excess of 200 mA. The output stage of the SG3525A features NOR logic resulting in a low output for an off-state while the SG3527A utilized OR logic which gives a
high output when off.

• 5.1 V ± 1.0% Trimmed Reference
• 100 Hz to 400 kHz Oscillator Range (maximum 500KHZ)
• Separate Oscillator Sync Pin
• Adjustable Deadtime Control
• Input Undervoltage Lockout
• Latching PWM to Prevent Multiple Pulses
• Pulse-by-Pulse Shutdown
• Dual Source/Sink Outputs: ±400 mA Peak

Salam brother, Excellent work sir, i want the same solution for my 24v Eaton 5SC750 UPS 750va 525watts ( this ups giving me a time calculated backup and ups calculated time is according to 7 ah battery didn't accept more than 7 ah backup time, i have attached 65Ah batteries but ups only gives me backup of 7AH then shutdown, before start backup volts 27.3 after taking backup at the time of shutdown volts 25.0 after shutdown ups battery volts are 25.8 ( batteries are brand new and checked ) ) , i have cut the pin 10 of IC KA3525A on board but still don't work for me, i have find R19 printed on the back of circuit board but can't find resistor, may be R19is not my issue, i want to disable its timer sensing shutdown, or bypass shutdown for getting full backup from my ups till end of battery volts, tried all the software not working, disable deep discharge protection still not working, i hope you will find the way for me, i hope you understand what i want, can you please help me i will be very grateful to you, thank you

control card depend karta he k design kesa he. her control card ka pinout different hota ha. jaisey input voltage kisi me 12 number pin per ho ga to doosrey me 25 number per. kisi me output 26 aur 28 hoti he aur kuch me 4-6 per hoti he. issi tarah frequency ka farq hota he, kisi me 20 KHz he to kisi me 60 KHz, us keliey agr aap ko product data sheet mil jaaey ya pinout description mil jaaey to sahi se maloom ho sakta he.
