Before I say anything else, this yacht is in Pristine Condition for its age and it's a steal for someone looking for a great Classic Liveaboard. Even though she doesn't fall under our $500K Affordable Liveaboard Yacht Series, we could not pass up an opportunity to show you a perfect Waterfront Living Contender. It's pretty much impossible to buy a great Home on the Water in CA or FL for under 1M, so living on something like this would be an amazing "best of both worlds" for many of us! Welcome to 1991 HATTERAS 72 CLASSIC AFT COCKPIT MOTOR YACHT! We were so impressed by the overall condition of this boat, absolutely 0 "boat smell", fantastic Engine room and So much space! The Galley was just fabulous, the flybridge upgrades made it an amazing entertainment space, the extra enclosed cockpit bonus, the full beam aft cockpit Owner's suite with a walk-in closet, the great crew quarters... the list goes on!
