Bodhidharma is a prince belonged to Kanchipuram which is close to the Chennai capital of Tamilnadu. He went on exploration to China, where he became a Demi god like figure. He was said to have powers like controlling the minds of people and also like earthly particles,wind and so on. He is considered to be the father of martial arts. This movie is based on this plot. The prince travelled to China, to help the people from a deadly disease and to teach them stuff. During his stay, he is teaching them kalari, which is ancestor of martial arts. And the people have decided not to let him to his country, considering it will be a misfortune. So they will poison him and bury him. Later to the current period, China will be using the techniques, taught by him and to declare bio war with the same disease spreading way back centuries. Having said that, they have to cure for the disease which was taught by Bodhidharma. How the Hero and his team is defeating this, is the storyline.

First there is no Aryan and Dravidian society. Dravidian word was first used by Shankaracharya to address his location in single word. Means south india where covered by seas . Aryans means civilized guys. Tamil , telugu, malayalam, kannada and Sanskrit are used language according to locals but kings know many languages. Tamil areas uses tamil, Telugu area uses telugu but kings uses Sanskrit and other languages. Upto known archeology evidence tamil is old. But some languages are used only for talking like telugu use for talking and mainly used for poems. Kannada is also used like that. Kings don't have specific language . Sanskrit is a scientific language and official to use in those days.it is easy to say national language in those days. Don't follow foreign fake theories of Aryan and Dravidian. If u goon Kshatriyas are of surya or chandra. Many kingdoms are in those dynasty. In Pallavas time there are not even near to make language barriers.

Only chera chola pandyans are Tamils.bodhi dharma the prince of pallava kingdom was a Aryan fanatic who wanted to spread aryanism to distant lands. Indeed it was in the nature of pallavas to conquest alien regions and introduce Brahmanism there. So bodhi dharma was not a Tamil and there is nothing for tamils to be proud about him

He belongs to 5th century. That time they were complete Aryans. So you cannot simply claim bodhi dharma as a tamil. Then take yoga too. It is not a tamil art. Patanjali was a Aryan saint. Yoga sutras of patanjali was written in Sanskrit. So Tamils should avoid doing yoga. Also siddha agsthiya was a bramin. He is venerated as one of the saptarishis in Vedas. He cannot be a patron to Tamils. We should avoid him and the siddha tradition started by him. By starting siddha tradition Aryan bramin agsthiya polluted tamil people with Sanatan dharma. So avoid sage agsthiya. Finally avoid silambam too which was taught by agsthiya. So Tamils are nature worshippers. It is said it was agasthiya who wrote grammer for tamil. So tamil in its base form itself was corrupted by an Aryan bramin. We are nature worshippers. Jesus is our lord. Other than that Tamils have no pride. They are calm people who were misguided Aryans. Silambam, yoga, kalari all are foreign arts.

This guy name in China is "Da Mo" and his nick name here in south India is Bhodhi Dharman(depicting the Bhuddha''s Bhodhi Tree (where Bhuddha experienced wisdom). His real rame "Kandha Varman" - Younger Prince of Pallava Dynasty. You can see Chinese big and bald toy which is for Lucky as per chinese is him (Da Mo). Bodhidharma was known to control 5 elements of nature. The director showed that through the scene where Suriya lifts the debris from the ground. Bodhidharma is known for his meditation technique - Wall Gazing. He used to stare at walls for almost an entire day. Eventually, he cut off his eyelids to stop falling asleep.

If your mother tongue is Tamil, you are Tamilian. If you have passport of India, you are Indian. If your mother tongue is Tamil and you have India passport, you are a Tamilian-Indian. If your mother tongue is Tamil and you have America passport, you are a Tamilian-American. Bodhi Dharman mother tongue is Tamil. Bodhi Dharman does not have India passport because there was no India at that time. Thus Bodhi Dharman is a Tamilian. He has no connection to India like you claimed. I hope you stop spreading lies and fake comments. You must read more and understand the history.

Please brother pallavas are not Tamil. They are north Indian Aryans who conquered northern Tamil land by defeating Tamil cholas. Pallavas promoted Sanskrit and spoke Sanskrit and their court language is Sanskrit. They had Sanskrit names. They are mere invaders like kalabras. Bodies dharma preached Aryan religion Buddhism. But Tamil people worshipped nature long before that. But pallavas forced Brahmanism later Aryan Buddhism and Jainism and later aryanized religion saivism and vaishnavism. Shiva himself not Tamil deity. His abode is kailash and north India. Later Tamil kings are brain washed by Brahmanism and had to accept Shiva and Vishnu as gods. Till now we are proudly cherishing a culture which is not even related to Tamils. According to research Tamils actually followed teachings of Jesus Christ through his direct deciple st. Thomas. This was found through thiruvalluvars thirukkural. Through the thirukkural distorted Christianity emerged as shaivism and vaishnavism. So Tamils are real inhabitants who actually worshipped nature and then Jesus. But Aryans they distorted our history and made us accept their kings like pallava and also corrupted our kings like chera, chola, pandyas.
