This song is for people who hide there emotions with a smile, the emotions bottle up, until they explode, that is what the singer meant when he said ticking like a time bomb. Once the emotions explode, their whole life is run by anger, sadness, shame. It happens to everybody, you just need to channel it. Then you'll be golden.

This song makes me remember about what my mom tells me. That when I was little, I was always happy, a little ray of sun, so now that I'm grown up and have trauma, she gets mad at me because I'm not happy all the fucking time anymore. So, I feel forced to always fake a smile, laughs, when I'm around her because I want her to love me like she loved that baby. So this song reminds me when I'm having a bad day, come home from school, and am just like "Put on a happy face, say everything's good, okay lets go."

I don't do any of it. Just tape the emotion bottle, keep it like that around the public, and once I'm alone, untape it and drink the thing. Why? When this song matches perfectly with: Jeff The Killer: carved a smile into his face so he was always smiling and nobody could really tell what his actual emotions were / are. Dream: His entire character is revolved around a smile, and no matter what design he has, whether it is a mask, or actually part of his face, he always has a smile on him. Lolbit: Not as obvious, but they start all of their voicelines with a laugh, and laughs are involved with smiling. Alastor: I mean, he is always smiling. He is the radio demon. Sans: Is also always smiling which is part of his skull (I think.) Also, notice how all of these characters are involved with killing? For instance, Jeff is an insane mass-murderer who killed countless people and carved smiles into their faces. Dream beat a child to death with just a potato in a prison. Lolbit attempts to hunt you down and kill you, as you're playing as a child-killer in his own personal hell created by a child he killed. Alastor. He was a cannibal and went to hell, who now resembles a wendigo (A deer- type creature who eats people.) Sans. The player chooses to spare the monsters or kill them- if they decide to kill them all, in the end Sans ends up killing them continuously.
