It’s actually a joke. I understand these casinos are required to take certain docs and affordability etc . I’ve done this In fact I made a point of doing it all before I deposited properly a few weeks back and sent far more then they required . I’m sure it’s just an automated thing and error but we shall see .

And yes I’ve never even been spoke to in an arcade . I’m fine with what I do in arcades but yep never been spoken to in any venue ever in my life and certainly not been asked for docs

I genuinely believe that online casinos purposely twist and misuse the rules because they know that gamblers will likely lose big wins they cannot cash out. I am all for checks on money laundering - and checks when people are dropping 5 figures in a session, but I had a warning I couldn't deposit more than £50 a day! Gave all the details then they set the limit at 9k a month - which would be a ridiculous loss. The worst part is - even when you've been using a casino for years and them having everything already approved, they can suddenly turn round and close accounts.

@@adeleadeje18cheesecake I had issues with Leovegas,they wanted proof of an old bank card that doesn't exist anymore even though I've been using my current one on their site since 2021,I managed to get it sorted but it was a total and utter farce But again they're penalising customers because they got a millon pound fine from the Gambling Commision last August for making a number of mistakes not just a few mistakes,silly buggars

36.20-36.40 where you hit 27. Did you see the Reel manipulation it was headed for your big area a "reversed , shot backwards out of 15 away from your big area (was heading nicely there). You can see it clearly in the 1st slow mo replay . You dont want your numbers to be a loss maker for them . Very strange the legislation on these I have heard !
