Not really. He either full overkills or needs full chase. Nothing has movement because he is going for one-shot. Basically it's because his Q for dmg percent. He is making the choice consciously to try to full one shot. Why would he change helms? Seems like you're not getting his build. The only thing really that he could change is his Q. It's a risk one way or other. Full dedication to one shot, or slightly less for mid. There's 3 scenarios. 1 one shot 2 90% and still need to chase and wait for w (the situation needing different q) 3 person survives and tanks and is movement Boot change could increase 1 shot, but he's already overkilling. Good enough for situation 2. So, boots get him to number 3. He has the right boots since boots in his build are least important for situation 1 and 2. Honestly he could 1 or 2 without boots on ... Hence his choic, to boost shot at situation 3. Bonus as rat escape possibility.
