Hello fresh renews every Friday afternoon for the next week. So that's usually when I go in and pick my meals! And if I don't see anything I want then I'll just skip for the next week. We have to make sure we pick our meals because my boyfriend has a mushroom allergy so we have to vet those out.

I am just in awe of your videos. I love listening and watching while I do my school work. It keeps me on track. Being more productive and trying (keyword) getting more water in. I did get a cirkul bottle and that seems to help me out alot with the water. So thanks again for all your work and keep it up girl!!

As a new KZfaqr I was wondering would you ever considering filming a video sharing tips on how you maintain your mental health & resilience while being a social media influencer? I know you've mentioned you deal with depression and anxiety and me too! After starting my channel I have found so much joy in making videos but it's been hard not to let the need for views, constant analytic checking, and all the rest of it take a toil on my own mental health. Just a thought.

That’s a great idea, I definitely would love to share that in a future video ❤️ my advice: KEEP GOING. Always find something to improve on. Is your click through rate low? Change your thumbnail. Is no one subscribing? Change up your intro, get to the point sooner and make it interesting. Also channel banners should be clean and pretty easy to read :) but most of all, just have fun and stay persistent/consistent. Don’t let the numbers get to you! Try your best for a year and if the numbers not budge at all at all, change up your content, or maybe move on. But until that point, push push push! You got this ❤️❤️

So I’m a recent college grad and right now I work at a insurance company as an insurance agent and I hate it so much but I graduated with a business degree and have no idea what to do with my life or where to work. But I just can’t do this job anymore any advice on what to or even what to even look for?😢

honestly, that is all a part of the process, I have had several jobs since graduation and I have yet to find a job that makes me happy, I guess that's just life! Just don't stay stuck, explore other avenues, apply for other jobs, be open to new and different opportunities, your 20's and 30's are a time of exploration, self reflection and growth! don't stress about where you {"should be" and think about where you are and where you want to be :)
