Lokhandwala complex andheri w should be around say 21-25,000/- sq ft.... also the electronics and appliances are old and new furnishings/furniture/interiors etc. All can be bought within 40- 50 laks etc.This apparent should not cost more than 4-5 cr. and with COVID 19 it's bound to slip in price... Then why's it quoted as 8.5 cr.???

Description and English is very inviting, not seen this kind of apartment at this budget for long time, buyer will be lucky

Sir, give some tour of sea facing apartment/ flats. I think I can plan beforehand to buy , because approximately 10 years from now, I can afford to buy it . Just it will take minimum 10 year and maximum I think so 15 years time period.
