Wasn't impressed with a some of the results, but I know how to correct them and didn't feel it was a waste of time to watch.

To really use your air fryer, 'hard boil' your eggs in the AF for 12 minutes @ 135°C, or 15 mins. if starting really cold (though fresh eggs/fresh tomatoes are best _never_ refrigerated). Pop day-old bread in the air fryer to crisp, checking in occasionally so it doesn't over-brown. Crush it into crumbs for the Scotch eggs. Experiment a bit at first to get AF food just how _you_ like it, or where your model is less powerful or smaller, etc..

I'm gonna try doing those Mexican style with Chorizo sausage and a jalapeño/Avocado dipping sauce. I'll call them Scotch Huevos....

I would advise getting ceramic tongs so you don’t scratch the coating on the basket and to clean with a microfibre cloth great video some really good tips

Ooh love scotch eggs. The stuffing mix idea sounds great. Just got dual cosori. So far have cooked roast potatoes. Toad in the hole. Tomorrow belly pork slices.. love how you prep the sausage so quick. :)
